Review: Red Faction
The variety of weapons in this game are astounding, there are over fifteen weapons to choose from, ranging from rocket launchers, assault rifles, sniper rifles, laser ray guns, hand guns, taser guns and grenades. Many of these weapons have a second shooting action, for example one of the hand gun has the single round shooting option, the secondary shooting option shoots bursts of three rounds.There is some parts in this game that involves stealth tactics, for example you could shoot an enemy with a silenced gun, then hide the body so they don"t spot it. The game has four different difficulty modes ranging from easy to impossible, so I you are either a hardcore gamer or a beginner this game is right for you. One of the my favorite part of this game is that it takes over fifteen hours to complete, so it will take more than a weekend for you to beat it.
The game has the option of saving where ever you are during the game, so if you die you wont have to start at the beginning of the chapter. The controls are very simple, so you can just pick the game up and start playing like a pro. The story of the game takes place mars. There has been a breakout of a virus, and people are infected. Your job is to find out who put the virus out there, and then find the cure. If you are looking to buy a new "old" game then this game will not disappoint.
